 Prayer to secure a legal judgment against the enemy: (Don’t' forget this important last step!)

 Father,

I humbly approach Your heavenly court, and ask that You, as Just Judge in this universe, would hear my petitions and grant a favorable judgment on behalf of myself and my family. Father, I ask that You indict the enemy and make him appear in the court of heaven.

According to Your word, Father, I have confessed my sins and as of this day, I forsake them. I ask You for the mercy and gracious assistance that is promised to me in Your word. I petition the Heavenly Court for a divorce decree to be granted between myself, my family and the enemy, satan. I divorce the enemy and all the works of darkness and I charge the enemy and all demonic spirits with thievery, destruction and placing his yoke of oppression upon me. He has placed yokes of slavery and bondage upon your children, and even placed illness, disease and poverty upon your people. Father, the enemy has incited his agents to plot against Your children and attempt to cut us off from our spiritual inheritance. The enemy and his co-conspirators are guilty of moving the boundary lines of your people, and illegally seizing and defrauding your children of their inheritance. I ask that You make Him release our inheritance immediately. I also ask the Heavenly Court to issue a restraining order, as well as an Order for Eviction against the enemy and cause him to immediately cease and desist from everything that he has put upon me and my family. I call the witness of the Holy Spirit to please testify to these charges, that the court would know that these are valid charges against satan and the works of darkness and evil.

I ask that You consider my request, not based upon any righteousness of my own, but because the blood of Your Son, Jesus, makes it possible for me to come boldly to Your throne of grace, allowing me to find help in my time of need. Lord Jesus, I ask You to plead my cause before Your Father. According to Your word, it is my right as a child of God to exercise authority over the works of the enemy, pursuant to the legal regulations found in Genesis 1:26; Psalm 8:6; Luke 9:1,2; Luke 10:19,20; John 5:27; Colossians 1:12,13; 1 Peter 2:9; Acts 1:8, Rev. 5:10 and 1 Thes. 2:4 in the word of God.

According to Your word, and by the authority the Lord Jesus Christ has granted me, I take back my home, my finances, my health, every member of my household as well as every individual in my extended family; I take back business entities and partnerships, and all earthly and spiritual inheritances that My Father in heaven approves and allows.  I hereby reclaim them for the kingdom of God, and I command the defendant(s), [namely satan and all demonic principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, spiritual hosts of wickedness both on earth and in the spiritual realm] to vacate these premises immediately if not sooner. I ask You, Father, to please pardon Your children and to approve and administer a restraining order against the works of the enemy, causing him to immediately cease and desist from any and all contriving and /or contracts against myself and my family, as others in this city. I ask that You would defend us and our cities and save us – not because we deserve it, and not because of any righteousness on our part – but for Your name sake, will you please pardon our sin and fight for us? Please undertake for us because Jesus' blood was shed on our behalf, and the blood has been applied to our sin. Please defend us and deliver us! Look upon us, Lord Jesus, and please remember the sacrifice you made for us. Please make Your face to shine upon us. Arise O Lord, and let Your enemies be scattered! I thank You for pleading our cause in the court of heaven!

Pursuant to my request, I do ask You, Father, to uphold this decree, according to Job 22:28, that that satan and all other defendants must cease from all lying, manipulation, witchcraft, sorcery, thievery, destruction and killing. I command the powers of death and Hades and all destroyer spirits to be bound in the name of Jesus Christ and to return to hell. I ask You, Father, to please release Your Holy Spirit and Your angels to lock up every portal of hell and carry every demon back to the pit, padlocking them in it. I ask that You uphold the restraining order which prevents the enemy and all workers of unrighteousness from placing illness and disease, mental illness and torment, as well as all emotional, physical and spiritual attacks upon Your people. I ask that You make the defendants release everything that has been touched, taken or under his influence and authority. I ask that You make the defendants pay restitution to the children of God at no less than a seven fold return, pursuant to Proverbs 6:31, or the amount set by the court of heaven. I also ask Father, that you would approve the request that the enemy, who is a thief, must give up all the substance of his house. You said in Your word, Father, that the wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous, and I ask that the wealth that has been stored up for us would be transferred into the hands of the righteous without delay.

I thank You Father, that the enemy is defeated by the power, the authority of the blood of Jesus Christ and the word of God. The kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven, has been given to the people of God, the saints of the Most High. Your Kingdom, Father, is an everlasting Kingdom, and all dominion shall serve and obey You, pursuant to the word of God in Daniel 8:26.

Father, I thank You for hearing my petition and rendering a judgment against the enemy and the works of darkness. I thank You for evicting the enemy from all that pertains to me and my family. Thank you  for sending Your angels to administer justice on behalf of your children, and to execute the written judgment on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Remember saints, it is the power of agreement that puts the enemy to flight! It is worth the few minutes it takes to close the doors the enemy and pray!
