Declaration of Spiritual Independence
When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for the people of God to gather together, united for a common purpose, in order to loose the bonds of spiritual wickedness, and break the bands that have restrained them from legally and spiritually obtaining what God has entitled them, there are certain declarations that must be made a matter of public record in order to establish the separation from all ungodly covenants, peace treaties and the tyrannical ruler ship of a foreign prince and his government.
We the People , do hereby make a public declaration that we absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to satan, otherwise known as the Prince of this World; including all demonic principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness, spiritual hosts of wickedness both on earth and in the heavenly places. We renounce all covenants, contracts and compromise with this foreign prince, and we resist and refuse the kingdom of darkness. We declare that it is the right of the people to completely destroy and cut off any and all forms of satan's destructive form of government, abuses and usurpations, and we do hereby exercise our rightful authority, by virtue of the power afforded to us in the word of God, as heirs of the kingdom of God, and those in covenant with God our Father, that this geographic region, our state and our nation is hereby reclaimed for the kingdom of God, as per the commandment of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, Jesus Christ. [pursuant to legal regulations found in Gen. 1:26; Psalm 8:6; Luke 9:1,2; Luke 10:19-20; John 5:27; Col 1:12,13; 1 Pet. 2:9; Acts 1:8; Rev. 5:10; 1 Thes. 1:5 and 1 Thes. 2:4 in the Holy Bible]. We will support and defend the kingdom of God, upholding the laws of the government of that kingdom, and we will bear true faith and allegiance to Jesus Christ, God our Father and the Holy Spirit.
We declare that every stronghold and all forms of this satanic government are now displaced, and will continue to be torn down, now and forevermore. The authority of the wicked oppressor and the yoke of his burden has been broken, in Jesus' name. Those that have walked in darkness and have dwelt in the land of the shadow of death have seen the great Light of Christ. The government of the Lord Jesus Christ, the One called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father and Prince of Peace has established His government in this city, and in all our state. Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end, according to the word of God in Isaiah 9:6-8. The foundation of this throne is built upon righteousness and justice, judgment and equity; with the Spirit of the Lord, the Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding, the Spirit of Counsel and Might, the Spirit of Knowledge and the Fear of the Lord divinely ordering and establishing this kingdom reign and rule.
Furthermore, we declare and decree that every form of injustice and oppression be overturned. Every person that has been negatively affected by the satanic influences of this former government, and have experienced captivity, thievery, poverty, illness, or any form of destruction including, but not limited to: all mental, emotional, physical and spiritual attacks; withholding of finances, including any and all earthly and spiritual inheritances; rightful promotions; retroactive financial compensation; thievery through deception or fraud; unprofitable and/or corrupt business entities, partnerships and other relationships – are now emancipated from this tyrant, satan, and his subjugated ruler ship. And by the virtue of the power of the Holy Spirit within us, representing and acting as God's delegated authorities, we do order and declare the freedom of all persons held as slaves, through the bondage of sin, sickness, poverty, mental torment, deception, lies, addiction and other compulsive sins, are now and henceforth free. Satan, you are hereby ordered to loose your hold on everything that you have touched or taken, and repay and restore seven times more (or the amount set by the Just Judge in Heaven), of which you have stolen, defrauded, killed and destroyed. You are commanded to pay immediate restitution to the children of God, as well as the City of (Name Your city), the cities and unincorporated areas within this geographic region, including every person residing in the state of ___________. You are also ordered to vacate this geographic region immediately, and to cease any and all forms of torment, harassment and persecution. We declare and decree that the spirits and agents of satan that have taken others into captivity must now be subject to captivity. These orders come to you in the name of Jesus Christ, the name that is above every name, and the name to which all must bow. We, the children of God, submit to the authority of the Holy Spirit; we reject and resist you, satan, and command you to flee immediately. We invoke the considerate and gracious favor of Almighty God to enact and enforce this declaration, and to hold all parties accountable for their actions.
In addition, we do hereby declare and decree that:
We renew our covenant with God this day. Father, we acknowledge our sin before you, for Your word says there is no one who does not sin. We humbly admit our sins, transgressions and shortcomings before You, and ask Your forgiveness. We have examined ourselves, and we ask You to show us the areas where we need to change. We release any judgments that we have made against others, and repent for judging those individuals. We choose to forgive those that have sinned against us and knowingly or unknowingly hurt and offended us. Father, we also ask You to forgive us for seeking those things pertaining to greed, the lusts of the flesh and the pride of life. We ask Your forgiveness for making covenants and treaties with false gods, and for releasing us from those vows and alliances. Please disentangle us from those things that are snares to us, and once again take us as Your special treasure. You are a faithful God, who keeps covenant and mercy with those who love You. You said in Your word "If My people who are called by My name would humble themselves, and pray and seek Your face, and if we would turn from our wicked ways, You would hear us from heaven, and would forgive our sin and heal this land." Thank you for your forgiveness and for cleansing us from all unrighteousness. Thank you for Your restoration. We ask that You impart grace to us that we might overcome our areas of weakness, and fill us with the power of Your Holy Spirit to become effective witnesses to the rest of the world. Please fill us tonight with Your presence, Your love, and Your dynamic power, and enable us to witness with signs, wonders and miracles to the world around us.
We declare that our land is healed. The very earth is healed and will yield bumper crops of great fruitfulness to the farmers in this area. We declare that the farms and agriculture is blessed beyond measure and yields such great fruitfulness that there is no room to receive it or store it, and it will be sold in abundance to other areas that suffer from drought and meager crops. We declare that it is the wisdom of God, given to those that work the ground, that will give them the knowledge and understanding to grow large crops. When other geographic areas look to the farmers in this area for their provision, the farmers and those in the agricultural industry will boldly state that it is none other than the blessing of the Lord that has enabled them to prosper. We thank You that the wealth of the nations is stored up for us.
We declare that the economic conditions and the commerce of this region is healed, and that there is no lack for good paying jobs, affordable housing, food, provision and the common necessities of life. We declare a blessing upon each and every individual and household, in Jesus' name. We declare that those that have more than enough will be generous to those that are in want, and through a spirit of generosity, being of one heart and endeavoring to keep the unity of the brotherhood, great grace will rest upon all. We declare that there will be distribution of goods and resources that no one among us would lack of any good thing.
We declare that this area is free from sickness and disease, and will be known for the healing and miracles of God.
We declare that the people institutionalized in jails, juvenile detention facilities and the prisons will be rehabilitated by the power and presence of God, and that they will evangelize the lost. We declare that the crime rate is virtually non-existent due to the Holy Spirit bringing conviction of sin and repentance taking place in people's hearts and lives.
We declare that there is no more drug dealing, human trafficking, prostitution, or violent crimes such as rape, incest, domestic violence or murder. There is no sale of illegal firearms, black-market sales of child pornography or selling of babies.
We declare that women will not abort their babies, and that every human life will be valued, esteemed and respected. We declare that there will be no barrenness, miscarriage or birth defects, and that all souls that are conceived will be born full term in health, wholeness and perfect soundness in their bodies.
We declare that there is no more mental illness in this geographic region, and that God has miraculously healed and restored people's minds.
We declare that reputable business owners and those that operate by principles of righteousness will prosper and increase. We declare that the businesses have honest weights and scales. We declare the blessing of the Lord rests upon those businesses, and that they will remember the poor and needy. They will not withhold good when it is in their hand to give, and they will remember that the generous man is blessed. We declare that all businesses of ill repute that promote deceptive practices, thievery, debauchery, sin and poor morality will either turn from their wickedness, repent, and open businesses that God will bless and prosper – or, they will immediately leave this area and relocate outside of this state.
We declare that our homes, our marriages and families are blessed beyond measure, and that there are no more abandoned, neglected, abused or foster children forgotten in the social services system. We declare that every child will know love, acceptance, and the security of a safe and healthy family. Every child will have their physical, emotional and spiritual needs met. We make it our goal that every child will be a part of a loving family that upholds sound moral values and understands the importance of loving God and loving others.
We declare that the elderly, disabled, the mentally ill, the homeless, the widows and the orphans of society will no longer be forgotten. We declare that the miraculous healing, delivering, and restoring power of God has restored them and has brought creative miracles to their lives, enabling them to live productively and fruitfully.
We declare that there is forgiveness, restoration and unity between families. We declare that every broken relationship in this state is healed, restored and blessed, whether it is between business owners, families, friendships, city and county governmental officials, the body of Christ and others. We release those that have trespassed against us, and we and ask You, God, to bless them as You release a Spirit of Love, Generosity, Forgiveness and Reconciliation. Saturate every heart with love; loose every form of bitterness, and heal every issue of rejection, shame, discouragement, jealousy and unforgiveness. We declare that every person is healed of offense, division, self-seeking, envy and competitiveness.
We declare that the pastors and true shepherds of the body of Christ will live the model of service and servant leadership that Jesus and His apostles left as an example. We declare that every faction, every denominational difference and striving for preeminence that has stood in the way of true brotherhood and unity between the family of God is removed and put under the blood of Jesus. We declare that the walls of unforgiveness, the differences of denominations and doctrine, walls of pride, offense, and self preservation have come down, and those walls will never be rebuilt, in Jesus' name. We declare that we, as members of the body of Christ, endeavor to maintain an attitude of love. We will rejoice in truth, we will bear the burdens of our brothers and sisters, we will endure trials in a Spirit of Grace, and seek the higher good of others. We declare and we believe that love never fails, and that unity between churches will continue to grow.
We declare that our military officers, enlisted men, police officers and their families are blessed, and we command a hedge of peace and protection around them as they endeavor to support and defend our rights as American citizens. We ask that You, Father, grant them wisdom to discern good and evil, and to be alerted in advance of any dangerous situations. We ask that you give them godly wisdom and strategies to overcome any adversary or enemy, and to diffuse any potentially dangerous situation. We ask that you deliver them from harm's way and protect and preserve them, in Jesus' name.
We declare that throughout our educational system, our civil government, our legislative, executive and judicial government officials are righteous men and women. We declare that they will submit to the will and purposes of God, and that they will steward their position and responsibilities with integrity, truthfulness, and faithfulness. We declare that those that have abused their position, power or resources entrusted to them by God have been disciplined, and where necessary, removed. We declare a changing of the guard has taken place in order to fulfill Your will and purposes within the city, county and church governmental leadership; that the restructuring that is necessary to bring great fruitfulness and establish divine order has been set in place. Those that God has chosen for promotion have taken their rightful seat of authority. We declare that righteousness exalts our city and this state.
A proclamation has been made by the people of God; the citizens of this city , and the inhabitants of the state of ____________: We declare that the city of __________ and this region will rise up and awaken to their destiny. We declare that the church will awaken and shift into apostolic reformation as an example for others to follow. We declare that God will use this example to turn the rest of this nation and other foreign nations to Christ. We will encourage, support and endeavor to maintain the unity and love within this city, and the state of _________. We ask that You, Father, command the blessings and Your anointing to overflow with abundance. We declare that the city of ___________ and the state of ______________ are marked for a historically defined moment of a God-birthed, God-sustained revival. We declare that the heart of this city has been turned to Christ, and that we are participants as well as witnesses to this divinely orchestrated shift in power, authority, direction and momentum. We humbly petition Divine Providence and we commission the Armies of Heaven to protect, oversee, administer and establish these decrees, so that light will shine on our ways. As we have believed and decreed, let it be done, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
